ULTIMATE 466
High Gloss Penetrating Sealer
ULTIMATE 466 is a color enhancing, high gloss, solvent based acrylic sealer. Designed for use on smooth or semi smooth floor surfaces such as quarry tile, unglazed ceramic tile, terrazzo, travertine, smooth concrete, or any other fairly smooth cementitious surface. Also very effective on brick, brick pavers, Saltillo, marble pavers, shell stone, limestone, concrete pavers, and exposed aggregates.
ULTIMATE 466 will resist fading or discoloring and maintain a glossy and wet look for long periods of time when used outdoors. Use when a high gloss or wet look is desired. For interior or exterior use.

SURFACES WHERE ULTIMATE 466 EXCELS:
High Traffic Areas: ULTIMATE 466 provides a tough and durable barrier to protect high traffic areas from dirt, spills, and stains.
Very Porous Surfaces: Porous surfaces absorb stains very easily. ULTIMATE 466’s protective coating inhibits absorption by porous material.
Outdoor Surfaces: ULTIMATE 466 excels against the constant threats faced by outdoor surfaces. ULTIMATE 466 protects from the effects of weathering, rain, and UV damage.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Always be sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any dirt, grease, oil, wax, or other contaminants. Read the entire label before using. Use only as directed. Always test on a small piece of material or a small inconspicuous area to determine suitability. Ensure the area is well ventilated. Ideal surface temperature should be between 60°F and 80°F. Product works best when it is the first substance applied to the surface, insuring proper penetration.
COVERAGE:
For very porous surfaces: 1st coat: 100-200 sq. ft./gallon. 2nd coat 250-400 sq. ft./gallon.
For average density surfaces: 1st coat: 200-300 sq. ft./gallon. 2nd coat 400-500 sq. ft./gallon.
For very dense surfaces: 1000 sq. ft./gallon.
APPLICATION:
FOR TILE, PAVER, OR BRICK : ULTIMATE 466 may be applied with spray applicator, brush, roller, or lint free rag. Apply liberally with a heavy first coat. Avoid puddles by spreading excess. Second coat can be applied 15 minutes after the first coat. Product cures in 24 hours.
CLEANUP
Xylene or similar solvent can be used to clean tools.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
CAUTION: Highly flammable & combustible liquid and vapor. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Handling: Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Do not breathe vapors or mists. Keep container closed and tightly sealed when not in use. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take measures to prevent the buildup of electrostatic charge. Conditions for safe storage: Keep in tightly closed, properly labeled containers. Keep in a cool, well-ventilated place. Materials to avoid: Do not store with the following product types: Strong oxidizing agents, Explosives, Gases.
