SLATE & QUARRY TILE DRESSING is a solvent based, high gloss, acrylic sealer designed for slate or quarry tile. Formulated to prevent moisture and dirt from penetrating the surface, Slate & Quarry Tile Dressing dries to a tough, durable protective barrier. Designed to resist fading or discoloration and will maintain a wet look for long periods of time when exposed to the elements. Use when a high gloss or wet look is desired. For interior or exterior use. Also suitable for brick, brick pavers, concrete, concrete pavers, travertine, terrazzo, clay pavers, shell stone, limestone, exposed aggregates, and most other cementitious material.

Outdoor Surfaces: SLATE & QUARRY TILE DRESSING excels against the constant threats faced by outdoor surfaces. SLATE & QUARRY TILE DRESSING protects from the effects of weathering, rain, and UV damage.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Always be sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any dirt, grease, oil, wax, or other contaminants. Read the entire label before using. Use only as directed. Always test on a small piece of material or a small inconspicuous area to determine suitability. Ensure the area is well ventilated. Ideal surface temperature should be between 60°F and 80°F. Product works best when it is the first substance applied to the surface, insuring proper penetration.
COVERAGE:
For very porous surfaces: 1st coat: 75-150 sq. ft./gallon. 2nd coat 250-400 sq. ft./gallon.
For average density surfaces: 1st coat: 250-300 sq. ft./gallon. 2nd coat 400+ sq. ft./gallon.
For very dense surfaces: 1000 sq. ft./gallon.
APPLICATION:
SLATE & QUARRY TILE DRESSING may be applied with spray applicator, brush, roller. Apply evenly and uniformly, leaving no puddles. Allow 12-24 hours to dry before adding a second coat.
CLEANUP
Xylene or similar solvent can be used to clean tools.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
CAUTION: Highly flammable & combustible liquid and vapor. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Handling: Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Do not breathe vapors or mists. Keep container closed and tightly sealed when not in use. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take measures to prevent the buildup of electrostatic charge. Conditions for safe storage: Keep in tightly closed, properly labeled containers. Keep in a cool, well-ventilated place. Materials to avoid: Do not store with the following product types: Strong oxidizing agents, Explosives, Gases.
