Self Polishing Floor Finish
TOP KOTE is a self-polishing floor finish designed to give tile floors a durable high gloss finish. TOP KOTE dries to a crystal clear, scuff and heel mark resistant, protective coating.
TOP KOTE will prolong the life of a sealed tile floor, acting as a sacrificial protective layer for the tile. The floor finish can be reapplied as needed to refresh the appearance of the floor, and can easily be removed with MOP OFF.
For interior use only. Only use when a high gloss finish is desired.
Suitable for Mexican Saltillo, Travertine, Terrazzo, Quarry Tile, Slate, or any unglazed tile.

High Traffic Areas: TOP KOTE provides a tough and durable barrier to protect high traffic areas from dirt, spills, and stains. TOP KOTE will protect and prolong the life of a sealer, making maintenance easier.
DIRECTIONS:
TOP KOTE is designed to be applied over most sealers to achieve a gloss and help protect the surface.
TOP KOTE is always applied on a CLEAN & DRY surface.
Clean tiles with Catalina Chemical- Neutral Cleaner. Rinse surface with clear water. Let surface dry completely.
TOP KOTE can be applied with a lint free cotton or rayon mop or paint roller. Pour ample amount of TOP KOTE into a clean pail, bucket or paint tray. Soak your mop or roller with the finish. Squeeze to eliminate excessive dripping. Spread TOP KOTE to the surface evenly, smoothly, and uniformly, with strokes from left to right, or right to left, overlapping each stroke. Do not leave puddles or voids. Work systematically and in small areas at a time. Once an area is finished, move along and do not over-roll an area once it has started to dry.
A second or third coat of TOP KOTE may be applied, depending on the amount of gloss desired. Allow 30 minutes to an hour drying time between coats, or until milky white look is gone.
COVERAGE:
For sealed or dense surfaces: 400-500+ sq. ft./gallon.
MAINTENANCE:
RE-APPLICATION : TOP KOTE can be reapplied as needed to refresh the shine on a tile floor.
REMOVAL: TOP KOTE can be removed with MOP OFF Wax & Finish Stripper.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
CAUTION: Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Handling: Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Keep container closed and tightly sealed when not in use. Conditions for safe storage: Keep in tightly closed, properly labeled containers. Keep in a cool, well-ventilated place.
