COLOR ENHANCING PAVER SEALER
CONGLAZE is a two-part, water-reducible, crystal clear, acrylic urethane sealer. CONGLAZE is designed to enhance the color of concrete and brick pavers while providing a durable, crystal-clear, glossy finish. CONGLAZE delivers exceptional durability, binding sand joints, and protecting your surface from fading, stains, water damage, and UV rays. This high-performance coating is eco-friendly and provides superior abrasion resistance making it ideal for high traffic areas. CONGLAZE is designed for use on concrete and brick pavers, but is also suitable for shell stone, limestone, travertine, terrazzo, decorative concrete, and marble. CONGLAZE can also be used over epoxy flooring and garage floors when superior durability and chemical resistance are desired. This high-performance coating protects and enhances concrete and hardscape surfaces for long-lasting durability. For indoor or outdoor use.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Always be sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any dirt, grease, oil, wax, or other contaminants. Read the entire label before using. Use only as directed. Always test on a small piece of material or a small inconspicuous area to determine suitability. Ensure the area is well ventilated. Ideal surface temperature should be between 60°F and 80°F.
MIXING RATIOS:
Always Mix PART A & PART B in a 4:1 ratio before diluting with water. Mix Part A and Part B together thoroughly, using gentle agitation for 2-3 minutes. Avoid whipping air into the material. Once combined, CONGLAZE has a pot life of 2-3 hours. Only mix what you can use within that time frame. Pot life will vary based on weather conditions, temperature, humidity etc.
DILUTION RATIOS:
Once Part A & Part B are mixed, dilute with water.
For concrete pavers with sand joints: First Coat: Mix Part A & Part B to the 4:1 ratio. Dilute mixture 1:2 with water. Second Coat: Mix Part A & Part B to the 4:1 ratio. Dilute mixture 1:1 with water.
For shell stone, limestone, or travertine: First Coat: Mix Part A & Part B to the 4:1 ratio. Dilute mixture 1:3 with water. Second Coat: Mix Part A & Part B to the 4:1 ratio. Dilute mixture 1:2 with water. See how the surface looks, as a second coat may not be necessary.
For brick and brick pavers: First Coat: Mix Part A & Part B to the 4:1 ratio. Dilute mixture 1:3 with water. Second Coat: Mix Part A & Part B to the 4:1 ratio. Dilute mixture 1:2 with water.
*Maximum Dilution Ratio: Mix Part A & Part B to the 4:1 ratio. Dilute mixture 1:4 with water.
*Less water results in a higher gloss.
COVERAGE:
Diluted solution will cover approximately 250-300 square feet per gallon. A 5 gallon pail will cover 1500-2000 square feet. Coverage will vary based on the absorption rate of the pavers and the width of the paver joints.
APPLICATION:
CONGLAZE is best applied with a sprayer. CONGLAZE can be applied when pavers are damp, but a dry surface ensures maximum penetration. Spray solution evenly and uniformly across the surface. Back roll to spread sealer where it puddles and let dry. Allow 30 minutes minimum between coats. Hot pavers should be given a light mist of water to cool off prior to application. Do not apply if the threat of rain exists.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:
CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Conditions for safe storage: Keep in tightly closed, properly labeled containers. Protect from freezing. Hazard Statements: Harmful if swallowed. May be harmful in contact with skin. Causes mild skin irritation. Causes eye irritation. Precautionary Statements: Wash face, hands, and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor if you feel unwell. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If eye irritation persists: Seek medical attention. Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations.
